Just a quick thought, but when I look at tha FAQ/Contact page, my eyes cross over. The page looks nice, but it's confusing to the eye to see if the question I want is listed.
A practice I often use on such pages is to include the questions in bullet point form at the top of the page, then drop anchors to link down the page. This would probably make it a lot easier on users and take a bit of the pressure off you guys. If you do this, just remember to include small "back to top" links in each of the boxes (usually the bottom of the box) to take you back to the list of questions.
