Post subject: | General citizens for Sci-Fi |
I've had call for general citizens for a couple of scenarios that I've wanted to run. I've used other models from the games they are run in, but these never look right as the citizens should be unarmed & not bristling with weapons like most of the models are. General citizens in various states of calm to panic would be really cool. I also don't see why they couldn't be done to work in modern games as well. It would add a level of realism that just snapping up models wouldn't, at least without out adding to my painting load. This really seems ideal for paper models. PS: I looked around to see if this had been suggest, but didn't find it at all. |

I know i have suggested Civie Sci-fi for years, maybe not here on World Works Games, as i just don't like Standiees for Figures, not to knock WWG or any other companies, i just prefer minis to paper when it comes to certain things, and Paper is a prefrence for other things. But WWG does have a few Sci-Fi figs, not sure how many are really civies for your needs I would suggest looking at some of the other Cardstock producers out there if you are really looking for civies as i think i have seen a few for Sci-Fi but won't mention names. I am still looking for Pre-Painted Sci-Fi Civies... that will be a long day in comming. |

Sorry, Rabidfox, but it is standard policy not to post links to products that directly compete with ours, and this fell into that category. nooker, thanks for posting the suggestion...we'll certainly keep it in mind. |

Directly compete? That is a complete joke! [Most of the response editted out by RabidFox] Pointing out how this is a ridiculous situation and how this is not an actual situation of REAL competition are evidently a total waste of time as evidenced by the complete ridiculousness of our Lord of Chaos's response to it. Fine then, it is gone and the crusading of Denny's knights errant can continue despite the less than desirable consequences. I will be sure to relay the message. |

Bob should have stated that no other Cardstock gaming models &/or Accessories via another company's link can be posted. The exception to this is Mel Ebbles. R-Fox I think you have been around here long enough to know that, so it begs the silent question why you would bother. Which then leads to the response you are going to post to my reply.... and so the circle keeps on rolling. R-Fox if I don't pass it on later - Have a Great Christmas. Lord Abaddon of Wormwood |

Fine, since it is me folks are bashing about I guess I just will take my lumps and go despite the inherit nonsense of the situation. Maybe that will reduce a little the hate mail I have been getting from the "pretty" people here. |
