That's what I mean by it using a different software--it can't read GSD or Studio files. The reason we only support Craft ROBO/Silhouette cutters at this time is because they're the only reasonably priced hobby cutters that have the ability to do properly registered print and cut jobs, and they deliver the best "out of the box" experience. There are other brands and models of cutter out there, but as of the last time I did a compatibility roundup, they all have issues or problems that the Craft ROBO/Silhouette cutters don't have when it comes to the kind of stuff we produce. |
