Hi. I've scoured the forums and I can't find a definitive answer to this question:

Have the registration issues with using the Silhouette Cameo been resolved? The SD is more or less impossible to find (outside Ebay, where I continually get outbid by sniper programs), and before I plunk down upwards of $250 for a device I only want to use for this one purpose, I'd like to know I'm not wasting my money on something that's still not compatible.

Really the main obstacle to me buying and building more WWG props and terrain is the time-consuming cutting/scoring process. And, yes, I know about the Terraclips products. I am presently most interested in the Deadfall line, so ...

Can someone give a definitive "yes or no"?

Check out this thread.

A patch kit has been made available to resolve the registration marks problem between the two machines. I do not use either one so do not know if it does indeed work, but it looks promising. Make sure your point of purchase has a return policy you can accept. :)

I'd love to give you a definitive answer, but every time I come up with a potential solution (like the one DougT posted above), I can never find a Cameo user willing to test it here. So, for the moment, it's still a question mark.
