I am sure this can be found somewhere but I can not seem to find it myself. Does anyone have blade settings for the newer numbered blade? Every setting I try either does not cut through the paper or seems to snag and cause my cutter to grind and then miss-cut everything after that. I am cutting 110# generic cardstock on homemade carrier sheets of the same cardstock. Any tips are appreciated. |

I set my blade to 3, and I usually do a double-cut. I cut at max speed and max pressure. One thing to make sure is that your carrier sheet is tacky enough to hold the page well. |

This bothered me for awhile too, I had an awful time getting it to work. I had mine on 5, dropped it to 4 because it was scoring the carrier sheet a little too deep. Make sure you set the setting in Silhouette Studio to Cardstock, that fixes just about everything. ~J |

I use 3 on mine and A4 Card stock for paper. No problems here. I do use my own carrier sheets though. (plastic covers for project work) |
