I've had mine for close to two years now and I've yet to need to change the blade. Sorry I don't have any suggestions. |

The biggest culprit for that is not having the cap screwed in all the way or screwed on a little askew. Remove the cap and thread it back on. If it still doesn't cut, take a photo of the blade unit for me: 1. I want a shot of the top of the blade unit (the hole end) 2. I want a shot of the front, with and without cap installed The purpose of the photos is so I can tell if there's an obvious defect on the unit itself. -Mel |

I'm sure that I'm not crossthreaded, and the cap is down as tightly as I can get it. |
