I am not an expert like many others actually are around here, but it sounds like you might be feeding it backwards. Feed the side without the WorldWorks Games logo and stuff first. |

Nah - I got that part right. I followed all the instructions from the PDF that came with Himmelveil Streets. That included which razor cover to use, speed and thickness settings, and the direction of the paper. There's a setting in the software that tells the machine how far apart the Registration Marks are, and it seems to be looking for the second mark where the default numbers tell it to. (The default numbers are the usual numbers for 8.5X11" paper). I try to change the default numbers to the actual distances between the Registration Marks on the printed page: 6.75" X 8.75" by my measuring. However, this simply cannot be - for despite the fact that I'm hand measuring the page's cuttable surface, the screen in the program takes my information and makes the size of the cuttable surface smaller than the edges of the items to be cut out. I really think the problem is some sort of scaling issue - or perhaps the ROBO software thinking I have a different cutting machine than I do. I've reread the instructions that came with the machine, and the instructions that came with Himmelveil (and even watched some YouTube videos on Robo Cutting), but I'm still having this problem. |

In that case, I do not know. I apologize that I can't help you more, but I am no expert. I can say that I don't think that you need to change the default registration mark distance. |

Hi, a quick question; -When you printed the sheet from Acrobat did you have page scaling turned off? The Silhouette is the North American re-branding of the 3300 so that part is correct. |

Hmmm... yeah, after some evaluation I think I may know what the problem is. My print outs - (ALL OF THEM) - have produced ground tiles for TerrainLInx that are 5.5" X 5.5" Perhaps the scaling problem occurred as a printing default in Adobe rather than having anything to do with the cutter. I don't suppose the 5.5" x 5.5" is normal for Terrain Linx. Crap. ![]() --- (edited after seeing Squirmydad's post) --- yeah - you're totally right, Squirmydad. That's the issue. Well, at least there's not a problem with my Cutting Machine. |
