Make sure the cardstock is firmly in place using a tool of some kind to press the cardstock into the carrier sheet. My craft robo came with such a tool (I forget the name of the tool). If that does not work then purchase some 3M adhesive spray. I use that when the tacky surface becomes too weak. Some people have had success with Mel's disposable carrier sheets. |

Something I discovered to my surprise is that it also can be affected by the surface you've got the cutter on. When I first was testing mine out, I set it up on my carpeted floor next to where I'd opened it up. Turns out, as the carrier sheet moved back and forth, the friction with the carpet caused it to go askew. Now I have it on a smooth desktop and I don't have those problems. Try checking the area you've got it placed in and make sure there's nothing that it could be rubbing against, etc, even making sure it doesn't start to dangle off the edge of the table at some point. |
