Unfortunately all our terrain was destroyed. And while I have some of a Inn of the Fiesty Friar printed up I don't have the ink to get it to where I want it or the time to even get the pieces made. I got hired on a job and just waiting for the call to tell me what shift I'm getting but that could take a month so I'm sitting idley by working on college work trying to get it to work around the new job. I do have like 5 or so 3x3 tiles done though. And the way we have it right now only one person is using them. When the others get replacement printers (Which Idk on the eta of that is) we would end up bringing copies to them if they need it. I.E. they want to add more to our inn, props or walls or something. I would bring the relevant files to them via usb or some other means. They print up what they need and then the usb goes back with me. Unless they own the original files of course, then they have that on their computer. Untill then (And after I get more ink) Ill print up the relevant pages they need and send it to them that way. The reason why everyone is all hectic right now with not getting their printers or sending me ink so I can continue is because they are focusing more on their armies. While the damage to them wasn't extensive to the point of replacement many paint jobs suffered (Warhammer 40k uses water based paint) and many pieces needed some super glue surgery and the occasional green stuff rework. Plus the replacement of hobby knives and super glue, ect. These things tend to add up in cost. So while we would LOVE to be working on terrain and posting finished works, we are focusing on army repair. You can play a game with no terrain, you can't with no army. So that took precedence. My army, meanwhile, only suffered minor injuries compared to the rest as my starting place was the furthest in the garage. (Closest to the fridge for easy soda access bwuhahaha) So I was able to repair it with my remaining paints. Though I still need some green stuff for a certain Daemon Prince of mine, that can wait. So all I need is a breath in my schedual and ink and I would be ready to go. |
