I'm running into an issue and hoping you guys can throw some ideas out that will solve my problem. TLX walls no longer nicely and neatly fit the one-size-fits-all standard wall boxes. Some walls are too tall for the storage boxes, like the double-height walls from the Dwarven Halls or the Hinterlands tree walls. Some have oddly shaped protrusions, like the bay windows or the awesome waterfall wall from the Canals set. The Gardens walls are all taller than normal walls, thanks to the curving tops, but not actually double-height. Some walls, like those in the Shellendrak set, have a shape that defies regular description, what with unequal heights intended to slot into a half-height post on one end, and a regular height post on the other end. And then there are the 1-inch wide walls from the Dwarven Halls. Order must be imposed! So far the best thought I've got is to get rid of the "rails" in the storage boxes, and just stack the walls inside to be flipped through, like old school file drawers from before hanging folders became popular. It's not elegant, but I'm really struggling to come up with a better idea. |

Yes, but what do you DO with them in the shoe boxes? That's what I'm asking. Do they lie loose in the box? Do you stack them neatly so you can flip through them like records? Did you bash up rails for them to sit on? |

I lay them flat and organize them by set and whether they have doors cut out or not. One set per box. It means I pull out all the walls for each set when I go to put it together. |
