Even if it's a decent thickness, test out a few pages, first--and I mean going through the whole cutting, folding, edging, gluing process. I had started using 250gsm glossy photo paper and printed and cut a whole ton of it before I starting realizing that when I scored and folded it, the individual layers would start to separate at each fold. A lot of wasted material and time. |

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that. I had flaking issues with some paper I tried on my inkjet, too. I never would have caught it in time if I hadn't tried scoring and folding a sample page first. |
