Yup - those tiles look great. They get mounted to the foamcore. Have you used the templates to cut out some foamcore tiles? If not, and you need help, just ask. If you have, then first dry-fit the foamcore to the tile by resting it in place and wrapping the cardstock around the bottom. The flaps on the side should swing freely. If they don't, either you need to cut the foamcore slots a little wider, or simply line up the foamcore better with the cardstock.
I usually put a *little* bit of glue on the center of the foamcore tile - very thin - just enough to hold it in place. Then I put a thin bit of glue on the flaps that wrap around the bottom, but only in the areas that are not over the slots. The cardstock over and under the slots needs to stay dry, since you'll be inserting and removing tabs from them. Made that mistake before...
Those funny things are called "anchors". Cut out the rectangles and score it so that it folds in half. Glue it together and let it dry. Then trim the stuff off around the anchors, and you'll be left with the thing that attaches to the tile. Before attaching, be sure to score them underneath so you can bend the little tabs on them upwards. That's what the posts will slip onto.
Oh, and before you start assembling things, now is the time to edge your tile. It's possible to edge after assembly, but right now, you can fold your cardstock to really expose the edges and make it easy to color in. It can take some practice to avoid slipping or letting the pen bleed too much, but in the end it's worth it.
