Hi, I have build a box with 2 tiles (from 6"), 4 walls (from 6"), 2 post (4way) and reinforced them. This box can be us on TLX table as "Big pillar" for bridge or sewers foundation. |

Ok, i show my building method by step Stage1: préparation -1 tiles from 6" (at the bottom of the photo) -1 tiles from 6" print at 101% for the top of the box (in center of the photo) -4 walls from 6" cut with notch -2 post 4way cut to obtain 4 box edge with notch -reinforcements wall come from 2 tiles scrap, and for the top of the box a mounting template from 6" tile Stage2: mounting the box base I have stick (with point of superglue) the wall reinforcements with the normal tile, and for the 101% tile i reinforced them with mounting template from 6" Stage3: reinforced wall ajustement Stage4: stick wall edges + grey marker Stage5: stick wall + grey marker Stage6: reinforced wall ajustement Stage7: stick wall edges and the top of the box + grey marker finition The last photo for scale view What are your opinion about? |

hi, I have just finish 4 interior box variants after some modification with Gimp and Open office. I have delete the down of the box (less printing) and add boiler room or high voltage doors (non accessible zone) |

This are great. Then I wonder how to do this myself and run slap bang into the fact that I don't know how to drive graphics software. Any chance each TLX set could include its own box covers? Hopefully all that's required is to drop a relevant texture onto a rectangular template. |

I really like the concept of this...especially the last one. You could, in theory, have a multi-leveled structure containing many pieces. This could make storage boxes be able to be customized to the space in which they are stored. (all the while looking like the setting they go with AND being able to be used on the gaming table). |

Photo of my stored TLX. It is one of demielf's boxes holding the walls, tabs, and posts with the 10 6x6,2 3x3 and 3 6x6 tiles stacked on the box using the railings to keep it in place and the ramp braced by the top tile anchors
