I have most of the TLX sets and noticed that some of them (LHoTDK, sewers for sure) don't have floor tiles without the tab markers. Any chance you can either add a pdf layer option to turn the tab tile markers on/off or issue a version without the tabs? While I use TLX, some things I create don't use tabs and my TLX tiles with tabs markers can't be used without heavy photoshopping. |

I have been working on a modified post system. These would allow you to use tiles without tabs. The inner posts (on the left) are slightly thinner than the outer posts (on the right) and anchor in between tiles with that small tab you see protruding from the top and bottom. Non-anchored versions can also be used. The outer post consist of two halves (top and bottom) and slides over the top of the inner post. The key is the wall models. They are being modified so the outer post is integrated into the wall model. The integrated outer post will be half the size as pictured. All "inside" graphics will have the outer post on the bottom half while the "outside" graphics will have the outer post on the top half. Here is the basic layout of the wall, and I still need to print it out and test it. Then there will be one inch sleeves for stand-alone walls. They will be very easy to extend as well for very tall walls. I have already tested these posts and they work very nicely, and were more stable than I thought they would be. Just need to prototype the walls now. |
