So I am trying to figure out exactly how TerrainLinx differs from the other products offered by WoldWorks. Example: How does the TerrainLinx System differ from Product in the following ways: 1 - Assembly 2 - Materials Needed 3 - Sturdyness I am trying to figure out what products I am going to need for my particular project, which is using these alternative terrain products for a Warmachine gaming table. For what Warmachine is - www.privateerpress.com/warmachine |

The principle difference is that TerrainLinx sets are COMPLETELY modular and can therefore be assembled, disassembled and reconfigured as needed, even on the fly during gameplay, whereas all our previous sets are designed to either be built in sections (Gothic Realms, Castleworks, etc) or to be built as a single solid model (The Madien, First Light, Celestus, etc). In the specific case of Exteriorworks: Hinterland, that set uses our older Paperlinx format, which relies on 7"x7" grid and includes modular tilesets. As there are no walls or structures, all of it's components are free-standing elements. Of the criteria you listed, none are any different from any other product we make. |

Thanks for the tips. Also, just in case no one has ever said this: Your avatar is absolutely terrifying... Looks like Terrainlinx is what I am going to want. Any plans to make like a forest or outdoor set using that system? |
