...to create 10' corridors. How is this possible with the current 3x3 setup?

This is one of those cases where the TerrainlinX model planner would have been your friend. It just pains me to see you go to this herculean effort and to basically cut yourself off from system compatibility across other TLX releases, when the stock system can accomplish the same job...

The great 1"=5ft vs 1.5"=5' debate and getting a 10' corridor from the stock system:

One of the things we decided on very early on with TerrainlinX was to offer 3 standards; 1", 1.5" and no-grid. Specifically, the 1.5" grid support wasn't really to support a dying Clix crowd as it was to solve problems with 2D vs 3D battlemaps translations. The BIG issue with 3D gaming terrain is practical elbow room for your miniatures (with their oversized weapons poking out in every direction and chubby fingers fondling down into halls for position). Obviously 2D table maps aren't plagued by this problem and can do direct 1-to-1 proportional translations of maps but the minute you go 3D and add walls you need to account for practical/physical gaming challenges.

As a consequence we made the decision to stick to a 3" interval modular system. This allows users to default to a wider standard corridor in the 1" scale but if they are looking for direct translations of traditional maps they can use the 1.5" grid to effectively create a perceptual 2" wide corridor, with a much more finger friendly full 3" span.

and here's a translation of that in the faux 3"=2" wide corridors standard/stock TerrainlinX system (using the 1.5" grid system). Thereby giving you your 10' corridors completely stock:

And it should also be noted that because TerrainlinX allows larger Masterboard-like scenarios, it might make more sense to go the following route for maps that are highly complex and require frequent layout changes. This way you're just cranking out extra walls rather than infinite tile variations. You don't need an anchor point for every wall, you just need a point here or there to keep things bump free and on the board (the system does fairly well even without anchors):

I like your creativity, and the incredible cleanness of your builds. That siad, Denny has great counterpoints. Honestly, you would be (or have been) much better off with the 1 inch walls solution. There's also another reason that Denny doesn't mention. Look at the anchors. Now imagine there are posts on said anchors. Try to fit a miniature with a 1 inch base in that square. Now try to fit multiple models in the corridor. You run into pretty major issues very quickly.

Anyhoo, sorry about how long it took to reply to the above concerns! I took a break from papercraft to play Sim City 4 and then Torchlight. I returned to it about a week ago and finished what I had set out to do: A fully realized 10" corridor booster to my TerrainlinX sets!

Wow - very impressive!!!

Most impressive indeed. I enjoy looking at everyone's builds and it gets me all pumped and ready for my first TLX build. MY first go will probably be when Titan gets released. I play mostly sci-fi tabletop games but I know I'd have fun building from any genre terrain sold here. I do the same thing as you to cover up as much white as possible. Even taking the marker to places you'll probably never see.

Looks great as always DM. I often forget myself that one of the benefits of TLX is that you can freely remove walls anytime to access smaller areas.

I was considering narrower T- and L- shaped tabs for joining the 2" bits onto the standard TLX grids but S-Linx you've come up with are perfect for the 2" platforms and walkways and far more elegant than my solution. I'll definitely be visiting that idea when it comes to that stage of the conversion.
