Personally, Hinterlands gives more more of a state park vibe while Gardens gives more of a Hidden City Garden vibe. I would probably go with Gardens, especially for the benches and other props that fit. Although, Cliffs is moving along on the front page and I would expect a release fairly soon and it will pair nicely with Forests (not so much for a City Park though). |

I don't have either Hinterlands or the Garden yet, but the Gardens is much more in keeping with a cobbled city than Hinterlands. Fyi, there is a thread discussing options/suggestions for improving the transitions between sets like Streets of Himmelveil and The Gardens . |
