New to the software, and paper crafting for that matter. I was wondering how I get the latest version of the Planner software? Near as I can tell Im on version 1.0 but the link in My Collection seem to point to the 1.5 update. I have tried re-downloading it but I still get the older version. Thanks |

Same here mine says V1. beta. How do we update or is that a trade secret? There appears to be NO update checker or facility in the program. Do we need to download from our shopping cart again? DUM QUESTION> I just went to the shop and found the V1.5 to download. Downloaded and about to play (if 'she who must be obeyed' does not butt in) Many thanks. |

Yes, just to confirm; you need to log into your store account and visit your "My Downloads" area. Find the planner and redownload it to receive the new version. The planner itself does not auto-update. |

With previous updates to the planner, the number of downloads available to us was reset to five. Mine currently says four. Is this a feature, or a bug? ![]() |

Oh, that's expected behavior. The store doesn't reset downloads for product updates. The 5 download limit isn't a permanent limit, it's just the number of times a file can be downloaded before the download button changes to a "Request Reset" button. Currently, reset requests rarely spend more than an hour or two in the approval queue at the most. As it is, the fact that we very rarely update product files and the fact that the download limit isn't a "you're out of luck once the counter hits zero" kind of proposition meant the idea for an auto-reset-on-update feature just didn't occur to us during the development phase. ![]() |
