Ok so I use the old stuff for heroclix, and some battletech. I am looking to move over to TLX as I would like to buy a papercutter so that I can speed things up a bit. So I mainly right now am using it for heroclix (I moved and the battletech community is not that great here). So what modern stuff would you guys recommend? I am looking around and it looks like there is not as much stuff for building cities (meaning buildings and the like) with TLX. Also I use to change the scale of the printing to adjust for the scale of the game but can you do that with TLX? |

You are looking for the mayhem stuff. Try And All of it comes in 1.5 in grid so you shouldn't have to rescale. Honestly though If you aren't planning on using the inside of buildings TLX might be overkill in some cases, so you may want to consider some of the swift scenic line like . For just out door battles those build much faster then TLX. |

What ScrubKai said. You may not want to dismiss the other not-modern sets too quickly however. Part of the fun of TLX is finding ways to mix and match! In the case of Heroclix for example you could mix in Hinterlands for a city park, Titan Control for a top secret base a la SHIELD, Sector Sigma for something like Axis Chemicals and on and on and on... |

What Scrubkaï and Matt said... Some older sets needed resizing because the buildings were 7 inch wide, but now, in TLX, every thing is 3 inch or 6 inch wide, so ne resizing necessary. modern stuff is great for the fondation, but Sci fi models are extremely useful for Clix play : think eveil genius lab, or space stations.. Hinterland is also a good option, usable for any setting. |

In the current modern TLX and Swiftscenic lines there is almost everything you need for the downtown. Hinterland adds in your Park and recreation. The only thin I really see missing is the prop packs load that the old line had, but I understand that Bits still works. |

We have also used some of the fantasy sets to stand in for old villages and similar. Hero Clix can utilize pretty much any set, given the right encounter. |

I think what he is asking is if he resizes the PDFs if it will mess up the cut files. I believe the answer is yes that messes them up, but that's just a guess as I don't own a robo cutter. |

That is correct. The cut files would have to be recreated. |
