I unistall java, pass the antivirus (macfee)
clean the regystry
defragmented the disc
and continues not working

What do you see when you try to run the program? Do you get an error message, and if so, can you post the full text of the error or errors you're getting? Even a screenshot of the error would be helpful. I don't own the application, so it might be unlikely I can help fix the problem, though the error message might give more clues to people. |

are two errors : one opens the msdos window and close it so fast, I cant read it and the other say error of jar module |

Try running through the suggestions in this thread I suspect a recent java update may have caused this problem...Good Luck! |

the two programs I use based on java works, just the tlx not. and I cannot change the win file asociation. reinstall windows ??? not have another solution ??? ouch.... thanks to all for your answers, better I dont use the tlx more.... (my windows its win7) well I find another solution, changing the name of tileset to .rar and work wiht the images (its a temporal solution) |

the program dont run by now last two weeks I cannot use it and I dont want a refund , I want to use the program
but I cant reinstall windows If I cannot made it work , I work via jpg to mark the layer . |

The portable apps solution is a good one, even if you get the program to work without it. The convenience of running it from a thumb drive without admin rights is nice. |
