Hello All I just completed my first build last night. The product is amazing and addictive; however, I will save that for another thread. Once I got done my build I realized that the streets and the buildings are bare. I plan on buying the inns and taverns PDF to fill in my buildings with funiture and kegs and the like, but what should I get to fill in the streets? I have some Hirstarts barrels and crates and walls, but I would like some more stuff. Does anyone know where I can find card stock PDFs with vender carts, crates, etc. You know, stuff you would see in the streets : ) What are you using to add obstructions and detail to your streets? You could try tommygun's stuff it is scifi just surch for tommygun terrain also Dave Graffam Models does some nice obsticles such as Lumber, Logs & Hay Bales Paper Models and Wooden Casks Paper Models. He has his own website as well as others T |

Thanks for the resources. I remember coming across some of those when I first started with cardstock terrain. Brings back memories : ) What is everyone esle using? |

LEGOs. If there's one thing my house is not short on it's LEGOs. What I do is write up a list of props and have my kids make things. If they at least have fun making the props, then maybe they won't mind how poorly I run the encounter.  When working with under-10-year-olds, I find we don't mind if things look a little out of place or are a little off scale... LEGOs have the extra benefit of being able to smash into bits during the encounter!

Yeah I use almost all WW stuff. Sadly a lot of it is from retired sets. Villageworks - houses, shack, stable, cart, well, crates and market stalls villageworks kitbash - hay bales and haystacks maiden- crates, boxes, tables, chairs maiden kitbash- I use the floating crates and things as broken crates and things. treasures and tombs - has barrels sewers booster has some shanties and broken crates. |

Village Works has most of what you are looking for... carts, vendor stands, etc... Hirst Arts props are top notch. People have made some really neat stuff using bits and pieces including vendor stands. Alternative Armies has neat stuff. I have the hand cart and love using it on the game table! Really ads to the ambiance of an exterior, urban, scene.
