Using terraclips in pathfinder and players want to expand their base of operations. What do you think is a good price per 3x3 square to charge the characters for the upgrade? |

Welcome to the boards. I don't really understand the question. If you mean that you bought the buildings set and want to charge PCs to increase an in-game establishment's square footage, that will require more insight to your game (level, location, type of base, etc.). I personally never deal with money directly for stuff like this. I have players complete missions for these types of rewards. If you mean you want to charge players because you want to purchase more sets, that again is a decision that will vary with each group dynamic. |

Ah yes. I do mean in game, for gold pieces. Right now it's a tavern in a small town, plenty of space around it to build out and up(I figure they have a square foot of board space). They sound like they are gearing towards turning it into a large inn/mansion with maybe fortifications. We are playing Pathfinder around level 8. I imagine they will be paying labor and supplies... (though if I know one of my players something secret will be built and he will probably murder the workers anyway....) I imagine there is easy math to figure out something simple, and obvious. But I would like to say 100 gold or 1000 gold per 3x3 without it sounding too low or too high. |

Have you had a look at the Kingmaker adventure path? I think that has some info on construction costs. |
