Post subject: | Card cut wrong in my Sewers Set :( |
So I just received my sewers set yesterday, and I have a card that should have been cut with two 6x6, four 3x3, and 6 tokens. Instead it looks like it was cut up for the 6x2 and 3x2 walls with doorways, but with only one pass of cuts. It's really weird as a couple of the tokens can be punched out, but the rest of the card is just garbage. How do I go about replacing this? Do I need to send it back to reseller? (coolstuffinc), is there a contact for replacing a single card with wwg or wyrd? Or do I have to ship the entire product back? Thankfully I had only punched out two cards up to this point, and have ceased punching any further, but I'm not exactly sure how I should proceed to get this fixed. |

Hi Virg. Sorry to hear about your offcut issue. There was a small subset of product that the factory mismatched dies on (that issue was later resolved) but its been difficult for us to track down which ones were initially affected. Please head on over to the TerraClips3D contact area http://www.terraclips3d.com/index.php?view=contact and give Nathan a shout. He should be able to help you out. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your support! |

Thanks for the quick response, hadn't had this problem before this set, and was happy that it was only the one sheet. I've sent my message in the form you linked, thanks! |
