I recently bought the Terraclips Connector Combo, but received 80 L-clips and no I-clips. Has anyone else had this happen? I was super excited to use these and now I'm a little bummed. I sent an email to support. Just wondering what everyone else's experience has been with issues like this. -Ryan |

That's my dream mispack. I'd love to be able to buy a pack of nothing but L-clips. Of course, I bought multiple packs - if that is your only pack of clips, it'd be totally not useful.

Well, here I am about 20 days later, and unfortunately I wish I had a better "review" of the customer service process. My initial email was responded to rather quickly, but when I filled out the required form on Wyrd's website, I got no response. I sent another email a couple of weeks later, but still no follow up from anyone. Should I just return the set back to the gaming shop? This stuff ain't cheap, and I'd like to be able to use it. |

I'm giving it another couple of weeks before taking the tiles and clips back to the RPG shop for store credit and letting them deal with it. Bad business.

Wyrd shipped a new set Priority Mail and it arrived today. I finally have my I-clips! Super stoked, thanks to all who helped move this forward. |
