It seems that the forum is my last option in hopes of getting a response. I've sent 3 website forms to "contact support" and 2 emails for your 3d buildings. As i've stated previously, I bought 2 buildings of malifaux and 2 boxes of clips. The clips were defective as the majority of them needed to be "sliced open" from the film left over in the open parts to even make them work. It's been a huge issue, and i've wrecked quite a few of my cardboard pieces before i even realized what the problem was. Trying to use them anyway as i'm getting NO response from you has resulted in further damage. Very disappointed with the customer service and actually the products as well. $150+ for products that don't work is extremely frustrating. The lack of response from you regarding this issue is also disheartening. Aknorian |
