I did wonder about the clips. They seemed very obtrusive from the Gencon photos. Hopefully the new ones fade into the background more.
(not as much as Sholto-clips (), of course, but you guys can't think of everything

So where the heck is our hotly anticipated <a href="http://www.worldworksgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8554">TerraClips</a> product line I hear you say? Well, the wait has been a long one and both WWG and our partners at <a href="http://wyrd-games.net/">Wyrd Miniatures</a> are right there with you, eagerly awaiting the day we can crack open a fresh box. The smell of new ink, the crisp pop of walls effortlessly punched from the board, an entire modular city built in an hour or two with very little actual work involved...ahh... So what has been going on? In the spirit of transparency and moving things forward we thought it would be a good idea to present you with this little roadmap of where we've been and where we're headed. OH SNAP!!! lazy tabletop gamers rejoice! HUZZAH! man this looks fantastic, can't wait for these to be released. i feel like you guys are almost like Blizzard in that everyone pisses and moans when you tell your customers "it will be out when its ready" but when it actually does come out, it melts my face with its awesomeness.

The Funny thing is it's very close to the same principle that encourages us to edge everything. Even when I smudge the sides edging looks better because darkness sort of fades into shadows and dirt, in contrast white reflects light and exaggerates it's size in the human mind. Similarly "Clear" clips reflect light and their size becomes exaggerated while Grey clips fade out like edging smudges. It's rods and cones I guess. |

Very nice....I had not actually intended on purchasing terraclips, but thicker cardstock and the grey clips have me tempted. Very nice work. I hope the design and production effort pay off for both companies. |
