If anything clips will be reduced in overall footprint rather than extended to cover a full 1" on either side. What I can tell you is that miniatures standing on the edge of a clip are minimally impacted by the clip itself. It's a very subtle incline which doesn't create problems that I've noticed. No plans for "camo clips" at this time but there are early developments which could potentially reduce the visual footprint of the clips by as much as 50%. This is all very early work however and there's a lot of prototyping to get behind us before we get something workable happening. Because TerraClips could potentially cover a very wide range of genres, themes and color palettes, it makes more sense to stick to a universal clip format/scheme. We don't want people stuck with clips that only work with one setting. |
