Just got the building and street set. So far I'm having a great time with it! Reminds me of LEGO, but without the manual (lol). Mixing it with other terrains (Dwarven Forge, Building Authority, etc) is def a big plus!













Some initial thoughts:

* "L" clips are used ALOT! Maybe in the future they can release smaller boxes of clips with just the ones you need. For example, a box of 40 "L" clips.

* Sometimes the slight "crookedness" bothers me a bit (I'm OCD, not Monk OCD, but a little bit). Haven't ran a game session with them yet, so maybe once the game starts I won't notice it as much.

* Even after watching the videos and looking at the pics, there are still some pieces I don't know how to use yet, especially the "roofing" pieces.

Overall this is a great product and will order more sets. Hope that it becomes a huge hit!

Every time I see a TCP build, I'm tempted to buy it, even if I have absolutely no use for it. I may well succomb around christmas

Its great to see pictures of TerraClips along side other terrain options! Thank you for sharing a great little layout with us.

Extra clip sets: I'm sure you'll see clip pack variations in future. Not only that but if all goes well, you'll even see new clip designs. Clips are a constant work in progress.

On roofing bits; We'll cover roofing design in more detail in future. Long story short, there are a ton of roofing options to account for various sweeps and joins necessary to create a truly modular roofing kit. You can create some pretty wild roofing actually.

Your Ramp: Oh, just noticed this but your ramp is built wrong Those little stoppers poking out should be reversed so that the tabs stick out the topside. Have a look at the ramp in the upper left of this image: http://www.worldworksgames.com/store/me ... reets3.jpg

Mats are listed there as 3'x3' So looks like just the one...works well:)

Great layout. It is setups like this that convince me that Buildings is the stand-out from the current TCP lineup, as it can be used on its own or with other terrain, and with usable indoor locations can completely change the way some games are played.

If you actually go to their main site and go to the mats section, there are 3x3 and 4x6 mats available.

This is a nice product from the pics and posts I have seen and read. I have invested heavy into TLX but if there was a SCI-FI production run I would be hard press not to get it.
