So I just bought a couple of the terrain packs, and I am really enjoying them. I've already spent hours just playing around with them to see what they can do. I bought them primarily because they are very mobile. They are easily compacted, and light to transport. However, the setup time is quite long. I was trying to minimize that as much as I can by creating smaller pieces of a large table sized setup. I would also like them to be modular to some degree, so I can change around setups to keep things fresh. I was wondering if anyone has taken that idea up yet?

Here is the idea I am thinking of. I would create maybe 1'x1' or 1 1/2'x 1 1/2' squares of terrain, with terrain build up on them. I'm thinking more about the 1 1/2' because that would be 3 large floor pieces. It would also make it easy to connect roads, since they would all connect to the middle of each terrain piece. Then when I play, I could switch the setup around to have a totally different gaming experience. Has anybody tried something like this?
