Soooo, I wanted to design a semi-permanent build which would save me time: I decided to make a 3-sets-in-one build: ground floor only play area with mainly sewer system and a few outdoors area, a non-basement play area including bigger outside as well as houses, and the indoor house-area which can be used independently on a grass table to make a little village. The table is a 3x3' and I used one set of each (street, sewer and buildings), and 3 full boxes of clips (I maxed the use of clips to make everything really sturdy and able to be moved around without breaking down). The base of the board is made of 4 quarters, making it easy to split and stack under the wardrobes
