I'd say dungeons are a no-brainer.
Everyone loves 'em and you can use 'em in just about any (fantasy) RPG.

I'm sure if TCP does as well as they hope then further sets will appear.

I can't help but agree with making TCP dungeons!

Another request for Dungeons, although eventually I think a terraclip fprest would be awesome, especially if it allowed both smaller scattered trees and huge trees to create a treetop village kind of thing.

I mean, Dwarves are cool for a second set, but blasted stone walls can serve for just about any nasty underground complex.

Dungeons.

I would suggest something similar to Obuilette of Peril. Slightly generic, but usable for both exterior Ruins, and interior dungeons. More bang for the buck this way.

What is the difference between dungeons and the brick we already have for streets and sewers? Just curious, what you'd want the artwork to look like that would be different.

Streets look very cobblestone-y plus most of the tiles have a street/sidewalk combination. It makes them slightly hard to use in a dungeond.

The sewers, most of the tiles have sewage running in them, not a detriment to dungeoneering, but if you want a dry dungeon, you are pretty much SOL.

Dungeons would have a distinct visual separation from what has already been released. It would also include elements that none of the previous offerings currently have.

I'd want uneven tops, if possible. I could also see more "2 dimensional" items like "rocks" that stick up. I could see "walls" that were webs (I may try to make one of those out of the bits and pieces, I'm already working on "prison cells walls").

I really hope that the dungeons set will include 2" corridors. I've tried building dungeons with TCP's, and the hallways just feel too big to me.

Unfortunately, the customs duties would make it too expensive to purchase directly from the U.S., and I'm waiting to arrive in Maelstrom.

That said, I would absolutely a TCP for the dungeons, which included:

- A generic dungeon, which was good for any environment and adventure.

- Dungeon specific:

a dungeon "hot"

a dungeon "cold"

a dungeon "ancient"

and finally a system of natural caves, quarries, mines.

I think the market is the Dungeon at least 50% of the total, alone.

I would go "Generic + Booster(s)" concept over multiple dungeon types. The concept being that the Generic dungeon can hold most of your over-all design. The Boosters let you add custom tiles, lava flows, ice walls, etc. to the generic dungeon to gussy it up. Plus, with boosters you can get more bang for your buck than you can with making brand new dungeons in every box. With boosters you don't have to worry about re-inventing the wheel every turn.

For example, instead of a "hot" dungeon, where you need to re-create doors, narrow passages, etc. You could instead use all of that to create lava flows, bridges, etc. that go into the generic dungeon. There will still be overlap, as you might want a wall that has a lavafall on it, but you wouldn't have to do nearly as much as you would in a completely new dungeon.

Please re-use your mini-chunk graphic art if possible. It really is good stuff.

Mini-chunk is close for what it should look like in terms of flavor, but I don't think it fits the same level of detail as far as the textures go. There is definitely a ton of good in Mini-Chunk, but TCPs falls into the great category for textures.

As far as dungeons go, I would like the following features:

1. 10'/2 square wide hallways, and matching door/portcullis/gate options.
2. 5 foot wide hallway sections: these are great for making something just a bit wider, or also for those "secret" passages between areas.


Really, those are the only physical modifications I would feel are needed for a "Dungeon" set, aside from the artwork needing to be changed.

And, oh, I would totally buy at least two sets and three more Terraclips connectors for that if/when it happens.

I second this. Even if the top is just a little bit ragged (less that 1/4 of an inch, and much less in the clips-zone) it would look great, I think. Especially if the textures match it.
