Thanks for the suggestion. This was in fact something considered pretty early in the process but was nixed mainly due to the fact that we didn't want people destroying their clips. We didn't want folks to have to buy new clips to match every unique setting. A generic clip approach just made the most sense cost wise both for consumers and us.
That said, its certainly not out of the realm of possibility that we could offer something like this as an option for those that don't mind.
