I wouldn't mind seeing some punched base and wall tiles of the appropriate sizes to use for a divided storage box for the included components. The bases could even show instructions instead of them being on un-punched board (like for the spiral stair). This could even be just an extra sheet per box. Also, harbor/pier and boats would be nice (boats might be tough due to curves but not if there were 45 or 30 degree clips ![]() |

Since I embarrassed by how stupid my first suggestion seems, I thought I'd explain: For me, the biggest problem is seeing what pieces I have without having to stack shapes with different surface designs on top of each other. I've got mine organized now, but only after hours of fiddling and crafting my own dividers. Big squares are not a problem, but what about supports or roofing triangles? Your boxes are about an inch tall. The (probably unavoidable) edges of each sheet are at least 1/2 inch, but they are printed. You could print dashes on the outer edges, add a sheet (could only be paper like your instructions) with a shape diagram. Terraclip or even slot the edges of the card leftovers with a few manual cuts, and an efficient storage solution would be had with just the supplied box. This would be best (like a bonus) if designed around a series rather than a single product. I'm betting most of your customers (like me) buy all-in anyway, so basically you'd be selling layout work as a bulk-bonus. |
