Now, if the financial incentive was the other way round (better $$ for Marvel if they are 'humans'), what's the betting the result would have ended up with the Mutants being classed as human after all?

You heard me. The entire XMen story is a farce. Marvel has declared that they are not human. Nay! They sued the US government in court about this! I am surprise it is an all or none kind of thing. I can see Beast and Nightcrawler being easily defined as non-human. Storm or Jubilee less so. Also, what about Spiderman or, to cross the aisle, Green Lantern? |

So are superman and spock being charged human taxes? What about the hobbits, the jedi? Do companies pay taxes based on the individual figures or an entire toy line? Why the discrimination against barbie? lol |

More proof Marvel may have already proven that they believe mutants are human: X-Men, season 1, episode 13 (~ 15:09): Trask: You can't make me do this. You were designed to protect humans from mutants. Master Mold: That is not logical. Mutants are human. Therefore, humans must be protected from themselves. Even a Sentinel thinks mutants are human! |
