I just noticed that Ebbles labs are having a 50% sale until the 9th November. Even better, the site has everything from 2003 onwards, so there are a number of gems that didn't make it to this site. A fair amount of my purchases here have been Ebbles related, so I've already filled in a few gaps. No doubt, I'll add more before the 9th. |

Heh, I will plug Firebase Maginot from way back in 2004....  I was just going over the set for use in Fallout, specifically the 'War of the Sexes' Vaults. Two Vaults, one all male, one all female, with one having the supplies needed to expand, the other the weapons.... As it happens the two Overseers were in contact before the bombs even fell - the War Between the Sexes never happened, and the two Vaults rule a small trade route along a river.... I was able to pick up: [*]M722 Light Expeditionary Vehicle (To drive around my Titan build) [*]UD-41 Utility Dropship (to drop of troops near my Titan build) [*]Landing Platform (to go along with my Titan build) [*]Utility Shuttle (to land on the Landing platform and evacuate people from my bug infested Titan build) [*]Cryostasis Props (to go in my Titan build) [*]Workshop Props (also to go in my Titan build) Do you see the theme I have going on? |

yeah, they look as though they will be great with any sci-fi build. I picked up the Ziggurat last time as well, hoping to fit that into a sort of Aliens themed board. The farmstead, field camp and sand master also look to be good with that - Mars station would also be good? At the risk of tempting fate, I wonder if the upcoming Sigma product would also be a good fit? Ebbles...a sale so good you should pre-emptively buy on the off chance they'll match a set that hasn't been released yet

Caved in and picked up a few more items in this. When I popped in the 50% off code and saw the total, I just couldn't resist going back. Gosh, if me posting this punts it towards the top of the post pile, I better try to make sure that I say that there's still some hours left to the end of the sale at , in a subtle sort of way, so it's not complete plugging. Oops. |
