Have you determined the pledge levels yet? I did not read through all the info at the link. |

We do have starting pledge levels assigned and more will be added as the campaign progresses (like once we can offer pre-painted minis). There will be low level pledges for people that want to support us and just pick up our existing medium sized minis @ $10+. There will be the main level for the big piece @ $60. There will be higher levels for KS exclusives and the big piece @ $90. There will be some specialty levels available as well. |

That's a great and very practical looking Kraken mini. A real sense of being much larger and more intimidating than its footprint, which is just what you want ideal for a huge monster with a relatively compact core size but long reach. Looks very robust (unusual for a Kraken mini) and the texturing looks good. Your sculptor has done an excellent job. |

Posted the final sculpt for the Kraken! And we've introduced our first Sculpt Stretch Goal (we're alternating paint Stretch Goals between each sculpt), and it's a giant skeleton warrior. |

Those clips are... interesting. The Hit Point counters look to be a very, very useful item, at least to critters with 100 or fewer HP. One thought does come to mind - would it be better for the HP counters to be under the model, rather than to the side? Still read from the side, but with three or more cylinders mounted side by side? The Peryton is a long time favorite of mine - with the human shadow being cast by an inhuman beast. I read The Book of Imaginary Beings long before ever playing Dungeons & Dragons. (The Peryton is not as old as you might think - only dating back to 1957.) The Auld Grump |
