****** EVERNIGHT SPOILERS ********** If you're going to play in an EN campaign, you might not want to read this! ****** EVERNIGHT SPOILERS ********** In my quest to get to 500 posts without being completely pointless about them, I thought I'd ask some of the Savage board regulars about my choices for Evernight. As many of you know, I'm starting an Evernight campaign - well, its already been started, but I'm doing an extended prologue before the party gets to King's Port. I'm going to use D&D minis for the game, rather than the paper standups (which are nice, but just aren't minis). Here is what I have so far: Chinook - Dire Bear and Celestial Brown Bear Frost Lords - Frost Giants Dire Wolf - Worgs Flying Brain - Grell Gnashers - Bullywugs & Kuo-Toa Harpoon Trees - Treants Ogres - Ogres, Ogre Ravagers & Skullcrusher Ogres Orcs - I've got literally 200+ orcs of various shapes and sizes. Orc Druids will do for the Orc Shaman, and an Orc Champ or Eye of Gruumsh will do as the Orc Chieftan Rat Swarms - Dire Rats Sa Karan Assassins - Not sure Sa Karan Masters - Mind Flayers (I have 9 total, 3 HB and 6 AB) Sa Karan Spider - Mad Slashers (I bought 20+ in anticipation of EN, and might buy more) Sa Karan Spider, Blue - Mad Slashers, slightly painted Sea Trolls - Sauhaugin Skeleton - Many of these Spinners - Hook Horror (have 5, thinking about getting one more) Stomper - Not sure. Thraskor? Bulette? Wither Beast - Ethereal Filcher Any thoughts on the ones I'm not sure on? Any thoughts on the others? In another post, at another time, I'll talk about scenery and EN. ![]() |

I wish you would have posted that before I ran Evernight last year. ![]() Kidding aside, that list looks really good. Granted, I don't have ALL the D&D minis, but from what I have and what I assume it looks spot on. BTW, there are cardstock standees for EN. I'm sure you knew that already, though. ![]() |

Hey Robby I'm planing to run also that and was looking for D&D miniatures (the post asking for good e-stores) and I kind of remember that post...so I search... I think that you have started (but not much in the Campaign still) anything you want to add to the seleccion of minis ? because if not I'll "steal" your list... Thanks |

Excellent. The list pretty much stands for what I'm doing. I also got a bunch of Chitine minis, so I can have multiple Sa Karan Spider types. The Chitine are more like the Spiders as they are described in the book, but I really like the look of the Mad Slashers. They haven't actually encountered any Spiders yet, so I'm thinking about making two "flavors" - the Mad Slashers are a particularly degenerative version of the Sa Karans, and are even more violent and bloodthirtsty, while the Chitine are the standard Spiders are written in the book. I went with Thaskors for the Stompers, and I'm going to use Xill for the Assassins. One of my favorite ebay sellers is a seller name auggest. He has great But It Now prices, fixed shipping ($3, no matter how much you buy), and is a generally nice guy. |
