Sometimes miniatures just... leave you underwhelmed, with a strangely incomplete feeling. Worry no longer! Misery shared is misery lightened, and if you can add a caption then all the better. And the winner of the worst bow in the world competition is.... The Auld Grump *EDIT Since there are some good minis here as well - just humorous - I have changed the title slightly. |

My Name is King Bunny Ears of the Excessive Throne! Behold and tremble. The Auld Grump, almost tempted by this one.... *EDIT* Looking closer I see that most of my problem is not with the throne, but the dude sitting on it. I think that the back of the throne has a face, and the eyes of that face is what is giving the king his bunny ears, might work well for a Skull Cove figure once the king has been chucked in the bits box. |

Everything I've seen from Privateer Press. Some of the Old Glory figures -- the kind that are looking over their shoulder, for instance. The extraneous trash in the Foundry Sets -- sell me 100+ dollars worth of gladiators, i want 100 dollars worth of gladiators, not 80-90 worth and some stretcher guys and a wanker with a baton... Anything that costs more than $5 unpainted that doesn't weigh at least a quarter pound. Hero's just another word for overpriced worthless trash... Superfigs. see my last comment. Plastic squaddies for hero prices? WTF? |

Sewer monsters? Pffft! Yeah, right.... *EDIT* On further thought, this one might look good with a nice paint job. Dang boy! Where we gonna get a scooper big enough to clean up that mess? *EDIT* On further thought this one... nope, still looks like someone is going to have to follow up behind it with a shovel. Actually I wouldn't mind playing with that mini myself, been wanting to play a truly mad character for a little while now. Let me see... he would be a sorcerer from a land locked country (preferably one with large expanses of deserts), calls himself Grerry (Gr-ear-ee) and thinks he is captain of the roughest bunch of pirate scum ever known. Grab my D6 and my madness chart and I'm good to go Richard |

There is a madness chart? It sounds like a fun character concept though, and the mini is pretty amusing. I really wish the mini below was in 28mm, but it's hillarious all the same. Who would have thought of a hamster gun? (Other than Tom Meier's wife obviously) Arabin |
