I caught Cloverfield yesterday; it is awesome, but I'm sucker for the genre
I do hope they make a follow up, I would like to learn more about that nasty critter!

I would love to see this in the theater but life is just too frantic right now. Can't wait to give it a view though, looks like some refreshing cinema! |

There was a review somewhere that called this film more of an experience than a movie. I think that's a pretty astute observation. _____ I don't think I could handle an IMAX version of this movie. The camera is all over the place I'd probably throw up in the first 10 minutes of the movie!   
_____ I don't know if anyone stayed all the way to the end credits. But there is a back masked whisper at the very end of that that supposedly says "It's still alive". _____ Hasbro has got a (big) toy version of the CREATURE coming later this year (fall) no pictures yet. But apparently it is going to come with interchangable heads, a seperate statue of Liberty Head(hopefully to throw not wear!). make sounds...etc. It looks to be expensive too... $80 or so. ~Floyd |

Can't say that I'm impressed by the model. Was expecting something more....... you know........ impressive. Currently stuck in the office............ watching Cloverfield again LOL
