Oh for the love of mud! It seems that Bob Murch, from that cold and dreaded land to the North (Canada) has been . on the grounds that he is stealing American jobs.... Man, I love this country.... 
The guy makes little pewter miniatures for the love of little green tree frogs! (Specifically the Pulp Figures line.) The Auld Grump |

I've a trip planed this October with my family (woman - son and brother in law family) to Orlando to see Disneyworld - 10 years after my hooneymoon and with a 7 years old son - I belive it will be a wonderfull experience for all...but have a great fear of burocracy... and things like that made my fear go up.... Make a 9 hours trip and someone of us have a problem with some paper or with someone at the coustoms... |

That sucks! I was going to be getting some minis from his trip down here, from a local shop that was going to Enfilade. 
It really sucks since he was up front about his trip and what he had. |

Dude. Its their country. They are allowed to run it any way they want. Remember that they let some of the 9/11 terrorists in to the US from Canada, and the terrorists showed their ID, and their names were on the terrorist watch list. Maybe if they tatooed "Terrorist" on their forheads. I once made the mistake of saying I was going for a job interview. I got harassed everytime I crossed the border for like 5 years. Never mind the fact that I gave back the Green Card 20 years ago. No one is complaining about the reverse scams they pull in Canada. Try shipping with UPS. That'll be $35 for clearing customs thank you. (I use USPS when shipping exclusively now.) |

This was loooong before any terrorism around here...Maybe a few Greenpeace tree spikers but the thought of a terrorist back then was a bit of a joke. NOW I would understand it but back then... Then again we all know Canada is the root of all evil...
