Cool, thanks for the links. It's a bit further north than I normally go, but I'll have to check it out sometime. If you are interested in the gaming meet up, best bet is to PM CCOTD as he can send you great directions and bring you in to the chitchat loop. We typically plan everything over email. Next meet is Father's Day, Sunday 15th... not ideal for everyone, but we all have open enough schedules. Not sure what date we are planning for July yet. Arabin |

Excellent shop for Savage Worlds and Reaper. Just don't try to special order anything. Still don't have my copy of SWEX. Anyway, WonderWorld has reopened under the name at 239 SW 153rd st in Burien. Hope it matches the old WonderWorld. Was an excellent shop. |

Wonder World was a good shoppe; I would mail order from there. Was it not owned by a guy whose name matched a bad guy's name that is on the terrorist watch list? His is the same as a really bad dude's. He said he always had to show up to Sea-Tac extra hours early because of the rigormarole he had to go through every time he flew some where. |

When I visited Wonderworld, there was a store around the corner, which might be this Platinum Comix. I had been looking for stores to demo GOMC1 in , but they were almost completely focused on CCGs and had regular ccg games with very young kids. Pokemon, Yugi-Oh etc. Good luck to him for expanding, but with all that extra space, I hope he gets a variety of gaming products in stock instead just CCGs. Arabin |

Arabin- The shop you are thinking of is Monster Games and I agree w/ your appraisal. Platinum Comix (and Games apparently) is on the same street but a couple blocks closer to 1st Ave. The old WorldWorks site is now the main sales office for the condo complex going up across the street. When I first glimpsed at Platinum after they initially opened, they were comics only. Small shop w/o a lot of room to expand for the games aspect. Will have to swing by and see if/ how they have changed. |

Kane- Don't apologize. I was hoping you had heard something I hadn't. If it was a new edition of the same store, I'd have been happy as hell waiting for them to get back to their old form (that shop was evilly placed just off my way home from work and would call to me after a painful day at the desk). As for either of the current Burien shops, they are no WonderWorld (and don't look they ever will be). |

I'm trying to convince my SO that it's ok for me to have my midlife crisis and open a gaming store in the new Kent Station. I figure the foot traffic and ease of getting there (right next to the bus station) would be a great location, especially since there are no real gaming stores in the valley. |
