Yeah, the library two parter was good. I really liked the line. "I'm the Doctor and you're in the biggest Library in the universe. [pauses] Look me up. " The Monster backs off but i think i liked the epsidoe two before better, the doctors daughter, becuase we get the Doctor's daughter, played by the Doctor's daughter. |

I have been downloading them for Mum, we are both fans since Pertwee. Weirdly I have not seen a single one, they are just sitting on the HDD. Soon, soon... Been watching Torchwood too, I LOVE how it is set in Cardiff. During one of the shots where they are flying over the city you can see the hospital I was born in!! |

Well in fairness Rose isn't the current Companion, Donna is (and she reminds me abit of Mel from Colin Bakers run, when they nearly killed the show for the first time). But i have to agree that Rose is just so over rated, while i didn't "like" her i didn't dis like her. I much prefred when Sara Jane was around, and I got to say i like K-9. I got a bit annoyed by the Romance sub plots they kept putting in... |

Rose was good opposite the Leather Doctor but it felt too TEENAGERS IN SPPPACCCEEE!!!! when she was teamed up with the Pompadour Doctor as they were both just... goofy together. Rose's selfish attitude and well I'd don't think Billie Piper can act for nothing but it was alright opposite Eccleston's bitter and morose Doctor. Oh hell, I just don't like Billie Piper I can admit it. |

I only just started to watch the Sylvester McCoy within the last year. I must say he is on my top three favorite Doctors. Colin Baker looks worse than Tom Baker! He was never my favorite, actually my least favorite but I suspect that is because of the writers at the time and not entirely due to his acting abilities. They kind of brought back some of the imoral characteristics of the first two Doctors and then intensified them. The first two Doctors never had a problem leaving during the thick of things (or would have if it was not for thier human companions stoping them). McGann is a great actor. Did a bang up job in the Horatio Hornblower series |

Oh how I wish I could have seen the second doctor.... Everyone had good things to say about those episodes, but I didn't start up with this until my wife dragged me into it after the Reboot. (As I rule I tend not to watch TV... I've got too many other things to do) Now I have gone back and tried to catch up on the old doctors, but I've never been able to find anything on the second doctor... |
