EN Publishing has almost all their - EN World needs a new server, since the changeover to EN World 2 has slowed things to a crawl.
Most are D20 PDFs, 3rd ed, not 4th. Some of their supplements are really very good - I have gotten a great deal of mileage out of Elements of Magic: Mythic Earth, using it in my Steampunk/Spycraft game (pretty easy to port over.
) Intended for use with D20 Modern, magic is broken down into feats and skills - feats determine what traditions of magic you are trained in, which in turn determines what magical skills are available to you. (Pretty basic skills Attack, Defend, Illusion, etc.)
Until I switched to Spycraft I also got a great deal of use from Steam & Steel, a steampunk supplement for D20. (Yes, I like steam....) This works well with Fantasy Flight's Sorcery & Steam, each covers areas that the other does not. I may have been the first person to purchase this supplement, I was twitching for this about as hard as I was for the Maiden.
I already own pretty much everything I want from these folks, and a few I bought during previous sales. (Critter books, armory books, etc..)
If you play D20 or 3.X D&D check them out, you may find something that you like.
