So I went to see the broadway play Spamalot, and it was, umm OK. I'm not into musicals. I guess for me, I secretly hope to see new Monty Python material. But that is not the case. At one point though, they broke out into "If I had a Million Dollars" by the Bare Naked Ladies. "If I had a 1,000,000 (If I had a 1,000,000) I but you a fur coat( but not a real fur coat that's cruel) If I had a 1,000,000 (If I had a 1,000,000) I'd be busted for coke!" Patsy: I've not heard that one before. Arthur: It must be in the children's section." PS. The Grail is hiding in the audience. |

My wife and I caught it here in Jacksonville back in February. We laughed so much I was sore later, and my wife was singing one of the songs for days after. I don't have a problem with musicals if they are done well, and this one was. I would have liked to see the Broadway cast, but the road cast was good, too. |

I kinda liked the "Song That Goes Like This". It fit so well. And the Diva, "I've not been on stage for nearly ten minutes", song. |

My wife and I caught Young Frankenstein in Seattle when it kicked off... we thought that one was a laugh riot! I really want to catch Spamalot. |
