Like maybe a week or two? http://www.youtube.com/profile_play_...ser=Shadowboro Admittedly I can't bring myself to watch two-thirds of this stuff but the rest is interesting if only on an historical level. If there's an underlying theme to the majority of 80s cartoons it would seem to be this: The concepts are great but the writing is crap. Yeah, I know these were kids shows but they were being written by adults... well, in theory. |

Actually, they were written by adults who thought that kids were stupid and had no brains until they hit 30. Nevermind the fact that most kids I knew, myself included thought most of those shows sucked. |

Yah. I did. Pilot episode. Bighouse Blues. Worked with Spike and Mike for about 4 years too. Traveled all over the States doing that. What a gas... |

Yah. Felt a bit business as usual at the time but it was fun tippling pints with John. On a side note...The credits at the end of that episode are all in my own handwriting (Printing) As we were finishing the show I asked him about how he wanted the credits to look. John asked me who sent him the last fax. I told him it was me and he asked me to simply handwrite it (I have sort of unusual handwriting). I did the whole thing with cel paint and brush. I even painted a skull and crossbones above my name...Heh. Hey...More trivia. On one of the first three Tiny Toons episodes (Can't remember which one) a truck drive into camer and then away...I added a personalized licence plate to it. The front plate said Amy 1...The rear said 100,000. Poor Steve... |
