Hi.Searching for a new RPG game im donwload Pathfinder Alpha realease....Whats do you think about it?....Can anyone tell me something about Savage World system too?....THX.

As far as I see pathfinder will be a 3.5 D&D clone...I've not seen it... for the savage world you will get a lot of praises here (and a few BOOOH!! also)...
For me...is an easy game to learn and to play (sometimes it takes a few of the master to "adjust" it)... but I don't change now for any system - not because it's the better one I've played...not because is without flaws...is because it let me play to whatever I want and my group is liking it everytime more...the games that they have also are quite good - not typical settings at least...and it let me use the miniatures and scenery in combat (or not as I'm lately doing)...

So my opinion...try it...(wait for another edition of the sw explorer that will be out - hope will all the mistakes out- quite soon I belive...) If you want more information don't doubt in ask me...

Thx. I saw whats you mean about Pathfinder when dowload it...i dont like it...more D20 system...but SW have a nice look...i think i would try it...

Yes, Pathfinder is D20 3.5, which is what the designers intended. Pathfinder is a great world and the RPG will be a great addition for those who still love 3.5, like me.

They are making some nice changes and clarifications to the 3.5 rules.

I think it will be great.

I also like SW, though I haven't played it much.

I picked up the Pathfinder Beta at Gen Con - not bad, not bad at all.

I really like the sorcerous bloodlines - the sorcerer has always seemed a trifle dull to me, and the bloodlines changed that for me. I think that if/when I get back to Iron Kingdoms Pathfinder will be my choice of systems. (Either that or Fantasy Craft.) A bit higher powered at lower levels, with several options in balancing the game.
