I kinda wish my heart condition was part of something I can influence. Mine is from a genetic flaw that caused a defect. Worst part is that I'll probably have a shorter life span than some of you. The pneumonia is entirely my fault. I didn't properly keep myself warm when the really cold weather blew in this year, and that always catches up to me if I'm not careful. |

I feel for you, the cold weather is a bee-otch when you've got anything chronic. I've spent most of the last six weeks stuck in bed with an arthritis flare. It's starting to let up now, thankfully. Pay attention to everyone when they're telling you to take it slow easing back into your routine. Pneumonia is no joke, you can't just bounce back like from a cold or the flu. You've got to give yourself time to get over it. And be sure to finish whatever the doctor gave you for it, otherwise it can come back worse than the first bout. Take care.
