Hi, everybody. I just got the pdf for Chaos in Carpathia. It looks like a fun game. I've got a few questions for those of you who have played it. What sets did you use to build terrain for the scenarios? I'm thinking Hinterlands for "Battle in the Wilderness". Pubs and Inns for "The Rescue", VillageWorks for "Terror in a Tiny Town", the ruins from Hilltop Enounter for "The Manor House", for "Meeting at Castle Dracula" CWU, and lastly, for "The Crypt", I was thinking of using the coffins and cryptwalls from Gothic Realms with the Cathedrae Noctis Blood-stained floor tile and page 5&7 from the CN's fold-over walls. As far as minis, I really like the Blue Moon minis made for the game, however, it'll be a little while before I get them. I have plenty of Horrorclix, HeroClix, old GW and other minis I can use for monsters, and even some of the Monster Hunters and Treasure Hunters. I do like the West Wind Gothic Horror line for the characters of the Monster Hunters and Treasure Hunters. However, I'm worried that the West Wind minis may not be a good match size-wise with the clix minis. Does anyone know how clix and West Wind minis look together? Thanks in advance for any help, and I'll post some pics when I get something built. I plan to start on "The Crypt" tomorrow. Luckyjoe |
