Hmmm, I do a fair amount with the Fae in my games, but I have been reading up on them for so long that it is hard to remember what came from where....
Stories & Poems
I might start of with some Lord Dunsany (Edward Plunkett - 18th Baron Dunsany). He might be a trifle hard to find these days, his heyday was a trifle before that of H.P.Lovecraft.
Neil Gaiman's Stardust is also good in that regard, is perhaps more approachable than Dunsany, and is certainly easier to find.
Some of the late Victorian poets drew upon faerie lore, Yeats coming to mind - but for the gods' sake stay away from Spencer! (The Fairy Queen is not my favorite poem in the world!)
MacDonald's The Princess & the Goblins is a bit more of a children's story, but not bad.
Door in the Hedge by Robin Mckinley is similar to Stardust, but has been around longer.
Movies
Fairy Tale is not a favorite movie of mine, based on the Cottingley fairies, but leaves out the fact that it was a fraud. Not bad inspiration if you don't mind that one little fact.
Troll 2 - one of the greatest movies of all time! (By 'greatest' I of course mean 'worst'. )
Music
Several of Yeat's faerie poems have been
Heather Alexander does a rather nice song titled (or The Devil Went Down to Limerick.....)
Three Weird Sisters -
Gaming Supplements
The Ars Magica Faeries supplement is a good, and the background info can be used in any game.
For Faerie, Queen, & Country for the old Amazing Engine game by TSR - I had a lot of fun running the game.
Castle Falkenstein - I miss R. Talsorian.
Miniatures
has some elves that are not politically correct, not safe for work, and are downright evil. Excellent for Winter or Unseelie courts.
The Auld Grump
Nullum magnum ingenium sine mixtura dementiae fuit.
I should mention that I while I do not like Fairy Tale: a True Story it does give insight as to Victorian Fairies. My problems with the film stem from my familiarity with the Cottington Fairies.
Some more fiction that might be worth looking for:
Druid's Blood by Esther Friesner. Sort of a fantasy Sherlock Holmes, but not. A very fun read - I won't spoil it further, but if you can find it then read it. (I ran across a copy going for $152 US recently... and a copy going for $1.42, literally less than one percent of the price from the first place. (Guess which one I ended up ordering.... )
Darby O'Gill and the Little People (the book, not the movie) by Herminie Templeton Kavanagh - surprisingly subversive, with observations on English Rule, the prospect of Home Rule, and the Catholic Church in Ireland. A trifle late period (1903) but being written in part during Victoria's reign.
In a somewhat similar vein, and later period still, is The Grey Horse by R. A. MacAvoy - about a Pooka that is wooing a mortal woman. (As a note - I just discovered some new books by her. I could have sworn that she had stopped writing! I need to order some books. )
Meanwhile fleeing across the ocean to the American West is The Flight of Michael McBride by Midori Snyder - a young man crosses the sea attempting to avoid a fairy's wrath.
A poem by Victorian poet William Allingham that was set to music by the Irish Rovers, I could not find a voiced version on Youtube, but here is one that might be and a . (For the gods sake! I found versions by Finnish groups, Polish groups, Japanese groups, American groups, and the Provisional Irish Republican Army, but did any include the vocals?! Nooooo! )
- Needless to say, the Irish Rovers version is both shorter and nicer.
You may also want to look up the poem (Christina Rossetti 1859) an odd tale of goblins, their bargains, with a feminist and lesbian subtext - heady stuff for 1859! There is a beautiful edition that was illustrated by her brother - good for an in game prop.
by Rudyard Kipling (1906) has inspired such modern writers as Mercedes Lackey.
Several episodes of the Disney animated series Gargoyles deal with the fae.
The painting The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke (1864) by - a patient in Bethlem Psychiatric Hospital (Bedlam), who had murdered his father in 1843. Inspiration for the Queen song of the same name.
More as I think of them.
The Auld Grump
*EDIT* The Singing Woman from the Wood's Edge (1922) by Edna St. Vincent Millay - I have used this one in a game.

Thinking about how to link Fae with the Victorian era had me thingk of teh following as useful inspration:
1. Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere
2. Roger Zelanzy's Amber series, the first 5, starting with 'Nine Princes in Amber'
Further things that spring to mind:
- Neil Gaman's Sandman series of graphic novels, particularly those from about #3 on. (Much of Neil Gaiman's works by drawing
- Susan Cooper's Dark is Rising novels, probably starting from #2 'The Dark is Rising'
- Alan Garner's 'The Weirdstone of Brisingamen' and 'The Moon of Gomrath'
- Celia Dart Thornton's Bitterbynde trilogy, strating with the 'Ill Made Mute' (great material for the Seelie and the Unseelie Courts)
- 'Fables' graphic novel series (fairy tale characters living in the modern world)
- The Looking Glass Wars series (not that good, but the ideas may be helpful)
Also, most of the classic Greek myths could transfer directly transferable to your setting - just change the identities to conceal your sources.
Got to go now, but will think more about specific adventures that may fit what you;re looking for.

Not got any further with finding an adventure, but remembered Seven Leagues which is a faerie RPG system. It was part of RPGNow's Haiti donation package if you participated in that.

Thanks to both... I'll read with more attention both your mails ... Some info i've read ( mostly the comics related) and i've get information from the setting and one of my favourite groups in the same place wow!
I get the seven leagues in the buddle and will take a look ... And yesterday get the fea for Ars magica 4th edition... A lot to do to get ideas for adventures
Un castillo de papel ? ... venga chicos esconded el ariete y sacad las tijeras...!!
A paper Castle ?...Ok boys...bring back the ram and take all of you a scisor...
A D20 scenario that can easily be converted to pretty much any system (plot and encounter driven, not a monster hunt) is At the Edge of Dreams by Monkey God. The PCs are in a position to help prevent a war between the mortals and the Fae.
a game magic, the fae, and socio-industrial change. There is a new edition, so Cubicle 7 has made the PDF for the previous edition a free download. I have borrowed a touch or two from the game. (And free is good....)
