Once more Brother Cedric has pursued the Spear of Saint Lindorf to Jellsway, the capital of Treyine. He knows that the Spear lies within the Church of Saint Lindorf on an island at the centre of the city but must first fight his way through the guards before he can enter the Church and take possession of the Spear. Can Brother Cedric succeed where previously he has repeatedly failed? And what's this about Barbax's paternity suit against him? For that matter, what will Brother Cedric do with the horses she has sent him, and why did she send them? Those other buildings are Dave Graffam's work. He does some very nice Fantasy buildings, no interiors thou. Nice build, enjoyed the read. cheers BULL |

Yeah, I think I will put off on Cathedrae Noctis until I get an SD. Plus, I'm having difficulty finding reasonably priced transparencies for laser printers. I found some decent ones for write-on only but I am not going to chance them in my company's printer as the box says in bold letters, "DO NOT USE IN PRINTERS." What I may do is go to Kinkos or Staples for all my transparencies if they are under $2 per page as that seems to be the cheapest I can even buy a transparency for, even in bulk. |

I bought a box of inkjet transparencies fairly cheaply from our local Staples, but I cannot remember how much they were. I think they worked out to about £10 for 100. Why not build a small church from the set to start with? I have plans for a smaller church, about 12"x6", that will feature in some of our later games. A small build like that would give you a chance to use the set and get to grips with it before starting a monster build. Something small like that should be easy enough, even if you do all the cutting by hand. |

Laser transparencies are expensive, run for about 1$ a page when you buy them at Staples - I saw a pack of 50 and it was about 50$ after tax. Whatever you do, don't use ink jet transparencies in a laser - you'll wreck the printer! As for SD and Noctis - is there a set of GSD files for it or would you have to make them yourself? |

Just got my transparencies in the mail today. They work just fine. A definite improvement over my inkjet transparencies. Although given how much more vivid the windows look just printed normally I'm not sure its worth the effort to use transparencies. |

The windows are brighter and more colourful when printed normally, but I think using transparencies still improves the look of the building. The windows may not be as bright as the printed paper version but they still look better overall. I think it is because we expect to be able to see through windows, so using transparencies makes the building look more real, or something like that anyway. Cheers, Ruarigh |
